JEWELRY CARE
Always keep jewelry away from harsh chemicals.
Sterling Silver- Over time, dirt, makeup, and skin oils can build up on the surface of your sterling silver jewelry causing the metal to become dull and cloudy. The best way to prevent this undesirable effect is to clean your pieces regularly. The regular use of chemical liquid jewelry cleaners is discouraged, as they can result in the eventual discoloration of the metal. The safest and most effective way to polish sterling silver is to wipe it gently with a soft cloth like the one I provided with your order.
It is a good idea to perform a thorough cleaning before storing a sterling silver piece for a long period of time. Use a mild soap and warm water with a damp cloth. Rub it into the surface of the metal. To prevent potential scratching it is a good idea to avoid scrubbing the silver with any type of brush. Then seal your piece in an airtight bag to protect it from oxidation and humidity.
Turquoise- It is safe to clean turquoise with warm, soapy water, but it should never be cleaned with steam or ultrasonic cleaners. Some turquoise is treated to improve its surface appearance. Heat or solvents can damage the treated surfaces.

LEE.BA.TROY STUDIO ships FREE First-Class mail for purchases over $200.00. First-Class mail for $6 and Priority for $12. Or First-Class Signature Required for $8 and Priority Signature Required for $14. You can select your preferred method at checkout. Your order is insured for the total cost of the pieces you purchased. Please be aware that once your package leaves my hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, USPS, I can no longer be responsible for lost packages. Since insurance is included with shipping you will get refunded, by USPS, for the cost of the pieces you ordered as long as they have confirmation, through geotracking, that the order was not delivered to the address given at checkout. If you do not have a secure delivery area you can select SIGNATURE REQUIRED shipping option for a safer delivery. LEE.BA.TROY STUDIO is a small business solely run by one person and unfortunately cannot afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers. Please reach out immediately if you realize that there is a typo in your shipping address and I'll correct it if your order is still in my possession.
If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
My goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me, within 7 days, if the item is damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so I can make it right. I will gladly repair, free of charge, anything that arrives at your door damaged from the mail. You pay shipping to me and I will cover it back to you when it is fixed.
Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size. I do have ring sizers available on my website if you are unsure!
Although I do not typically accept returns, I will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are at my discretion and have a 7 day time limit for consideration.
If you are interested in exchanging your item, exchanges must be requested within 14 days and will be for store credit towards another item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Item must be sent back unworn and in it's original condition and packaging.
