Refund policy

My goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me, within 7 days, if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item so I can make it right. I will gladly repair, free of charge, anything that arrives at your door damaged from the mail. You pay shipping to me and I will cover it back to you when it is fixed.

Please be confident in your ring size before purchasing, as refunds will not be given due to an incorrect size. I do have ring sizers available on my website if you are unsure! 

Although I do not typically accept returns, I will evaluate on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are at my discretion and have a 7 day time limit for consideration.

If you are interested in exchanging your item, exchanges must be requested within 14 days and will be for store credit towards another item. Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges. Item must be sent back unworn and in it's original condition and packaging.
