Shipping policy

LEE.BA.TROY STUDIO ships First-Class mail for $6 and Priority for $12. Or First-Class Signature Required for $8 and Priority Signature Required for $14. You can select your preferred method at checkout. Your order is insured for the total cost of the pieces you purchased. Please be aware that once your package leaves my hands and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, USPS, I can no longer be responsible for lost packages. Since insurance is included with shipping you will get refunded, by USPS, for the cost of the pieces you ordered as long as they have confirmation, through geotracking, that the order was not delivered to the address given at checkout. If you do not have a secure delivery area you can select SIGNATURE REQUIRED shipping option for a safer delivery. LEE.BA.TROY STUDIO is a small business solely run by one person and unfortunately cannot afford to replace items lost by shipping carriers. Please reach out immediately if you realize that there is a typo in your shipping address and I'll correct it if your order is still in my possession.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering or refunding you for the lost package.

All packages will ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted.
